Zum Abendessen gibt es bei Dir immer ein Gläschen? Klar, Rotwein ist gesund und es ist ja nur ein Glas. Großes aber: Alkohol wird zu ca. 80 Prozent zu Körperfett. Und wenn Du nicht an anderer Stelle Kalorien sparst, kann der Wein nach und nach Grund für die Extra-Kilos werden.
