Die Bezeichnung „fettarm“ heißt nicht kalorienarm. Um bei Joghurt den gleichen Geschmack zu erzielen, nehmen die Hersteller meist viele Süßmacher: Tafelzucker, Fruktose oder andere Süßstoffe.

Ein fettreduzierter Joghurt kann dann fast die gleiche Menge an Kalorien liefern wie ein Joghurt mit normalem Fettgehalt. Deshalb: Lieber selber Joghurt aus fettarmen Naturjoghurt und frischen oder tief gefrorenen Früchten zubereiten. Zur Not mit einem Teelöffel Honig süßen.
