Den Keks oder das Stück Kuchen zu Tee oder Kaffee am Nachmittag hört sich nicht nach viel an, macht sich nach und nach aber auf den Hüften bemerkbar. Außer man trainiert es danach beim Sport wieder weg. Einmal die Woche Keks und Kaffee reichen, am Besten am Wochenende mit Freunden und Verwandten genießen.
