Das redensartliche Heben eines Bruchs bedeutet übertragen „an etwas zu scheitern“ oder „sich zu überanstrengen“. Mit der richtigen Ausstattung muss heute niemand mehr beim Heben schwerer Lasten an etwas scheitern oder sich dabei überanstrengen.

Die richtige Planung von Tätigkeiten und Ausstattung sorgt dafür, dass sich niemand während der Arbeit einen Bruch heben muss.
